Shipping policy

This document sets out the shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at dkdesignsandmore.com. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team on 833-359-9444 or deme@dkdesignsandmore.com.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7-14 business days, weekend and holidays excluded. Please note that this time may increase during peak season (graduation, Christmas, other holidays, etc.). Processing time does not include shipping. Any order placed after 1pm EST, will be dated for next business day. Orders will be shipped once the order has been completed. A proof will be sent for approval before printing. Please review the proof for any errors, including spelling. You will be allowed one round of free edits (color change, font change, spelling corrections and graphic placement). Any edits outside of the mentioned will be an additional cost. Once approval is given and printing has begun, no changes will be made to the design. Unless you, the customer, agrees to pay the cost to reprint. Please respond to emails promptly to avoid delays in processing of your order.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. If you chose, UPS delivery option, please provide a street address, as UPS does not delivery to P.O. boxes.

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
